• Comment: We had water damage in our ceiling and walls after an ice dam caused a leak in our roof. Jon was able to come the same day I called him to inspect and was tearing out the damaged areas and drying it all out the next day. I have very high expectations for anyone who does work in or around our home because the safety of my children is top priority above all else. Jon heard my concerns and raised the bar. He went above and beyond for my family and was at our home every day either doing extra cleaning or just to check on the progress of the drying. He is the owner of the company but he personally invests his own time and energy into each home he works at. He obviously takes great pride in his company and it shows in his ability to meet his customers needs and demands (I had a lot), his work ethic, and the quality of work coming from him and his team. My only complaint is that he set the bar extremely high for everyone else that follows him. My expectations from a construction/remediation company are now at an “Ecodry Wheaton” level.
